12th International Conference on Sustainable Development of Historical Cities, based on Sound-Tourism and Education

 

Registration fees 150 Euro (VAT included)

 

Registrations will be confirmed according to the date of arrival of the registration form and fee payment. An unpaid registration will be not considered as finalised.

 

Fees include:

·         Participation in the Scientific Sections

·         Meeting rooms, audiovisual equipments

·         2 coffee breaks per day November 15th-16th

·         a welcome dinner upon arrival November 14th .

·         secretariat expenses, personnel assistant during the conference, badge, bag for documents, programme.

 

Other than this the participants will have free access to the venues of the Florence International Exchange Festival and to its sessions: conferences, case histories and company presentation, company, university and students exhibition area, evening performances and other parallel events.

 

Hotel reservations

The hotel rooms available at the moment are at the conference site.

 

3 Night Hotel Package, arrival on the 14th of November 2008 and departure on the 17th of November 2008 (on the bed with breakfast bases, price per room per 3 nights). Please contact the organizing office if you wish to book more nights.

Cancellation Policies

The cancellations of the registration fees and hotel packages carried out before September 30, 2008  will be reimbursed with a 70 Euro deduction for secretarial costs.  After this date no reimbursements will be possible, unless the cancellation is for a visa problem. Any reimbursement will be given at the end of the congress and will be realised through the same mean you paid. In case of bank transfer the IBAN and SWIFT code are necessary.
