REGISTRATION FEES TO THE CONFERENCE

Delegate Euro 250,00 within September 30^th, 2009

Delegate Euro 300,00 within October 28^th, 2009

On Site Registration Euro 350,00 on site

Students* Euro 150,00

Poster presentations Euro, 30,00 (in addition to the registration fee)

*To register as student a copy of the student card or a certificate signed by the Chairperson of the Department is requested.

Cancellation policies

The cancellations of the registration and hotel accommodation hotel packages carried out before September 10^th, 2009 will be reimbursed with a 200 Euro deduction for secretarial costs. After this date no reimbursements will be possible. Any eventual reimbursement will be given at the end of the congress and will be realised by the bank transfer for which IBAN and SWIFT code are necessary. In certain cases reimbursements by any other mean will be given; however, all the expenses of the transfer will be paid by the applicant. For the participants that apply for visa: if the cancellation will arrive after September 10, 2009 for a visa problem, 50% of the paid amount will be reimbursed.
