The fee includes:
Attendance to the Grand Ball on October 24^th, 2009 including:

- Historical ball (waltzers, polkas, mazurkas, galops and quadrilles) with live music and Ceremony Maestro Donald Francis

- Visit to the Villa Poggio Imperiale and its gardens

- Russian Buffet organizated by Unione Regionale Cuochi Toscani

- “Il servigio delle muse non soffre frivolezza", poems of Puskin curated by the State Library of Foreign Literature in Moscow and presented for the first time in Florence

HOTELS RESERVATION

To request the reservation in a Flornetine hotel, please contact directly the organizational secretary via email: info@promoflorenceevents.com. Please specify the period of your stay and the kind of room needed and we will send you the information.

Deadline for registration and payments: September 30

After this date, the organization will confirm the taking place of the event based on the registrations.

Cancellation policies

There will be no reimbursement of the registration fees to the ball. In case the ball should be cancelled because of decision of the organizing office (if the minimum number of participants will not be reached) the reimbursements will be realised by the bank transfer for which IBAN and SWIFT code are necessary.
