Registration fee includes:

Presentation of the projects during the Degree Presentation Session (27th
of November), possible for the projects uploaded in the archive - limited
spaces, after the completion this option will not be available anymore

Poster Display (if chosen) - presentation of the degree projects on A2
panels limited spaces, after the completion this option will not be available
anymore
Workshop participation fee: 50 (VAT included)
The workshop
participation fee is intended for one workshop, to participate in the workshop
you will also have to register for the Florence Festival.
Please
specify in your application form which workshop (title and field) you wish to
participate to
Poster display fee for not participants 40 (VAT included)
All the
projects uploaded in the archive have the opportunity to be displayed in
Florence during the Florence World Festival (24-27 November 2009). This
opportunity is also for those who are not coming to the Festival. They can
register and send the poster (read all the details on www.florence-expo.com) before the 10th
of November 2009 to Degree & Profession c/o Fly Events Srl, Via Del Giglio 10, 50123
Firenze.
The poster display fee covers the exposition of one
poster. Only posters following the given rules will be exhibited.
Universities and Institutions fee: 500 (vat included)
Deadline for registration is October 15th

The fee includes:

A presentation desk to present the institutional
material (information material about courses, master and doctorate
programs)

The logo and the link of the institution on the website www.florence-expo.com,
starting from the moment of registration and payment (Logo in a *.jpg format,
link and short presentation must be sent to the office at info@florence-expo.com)

The name of the institution on the final program that will be
distributed during the Festival (about 2000 pieces)

3) Florence
Festival Hotel Reservation
The hotel rooms have been chosen for
different categories: central and non central areas ranging with different
prices, formula roulette (the secretary will place the persons in their
requested areas).
Rooms
can be booked starting from the 23th of November 2008 to the 28th of November
2009, and you can decide how many night you wish to stay.
To
benefit of the low prices we are proposing at the moment, a minimum of 2
nights stay is required. Prepayment is requested.

Hotel
Registration Cancellation policies
The
cancellations of the hotel packages carried out by written communication
to the secretariat before October 20, 2009 will be reimbursed with a 70
Euro deduction for secretarial costs.
After this deadline, cancellation is possible only for visa problem.
Communication deadline is the 10th of November 2009 (copy of the embassy
letter must be sent to the secretary office) and 50% of the paid amount will be
reimbursed. After this date no
reimbursements will be possible.
Any eventual reimbursement will be given at the end of the congress and
will be realised by bank transfer. In this case IBAN and SWIFT code are
necessary and the bank costs will be upon you.
