Informative about personal details protection, law 675/1996
This statement concerns personal data sent by the user when registering with the site www.fly-events.com. In order to ask for further information it is necessary to provide Fly Events Srl with certain pieces of data. Personal data collected by means of this procedure of registration with the services offered by su www.fly-events.com shall be stored in an electronic database owned by Fly Events Srl, Via Del Giglio 10 - 50100 - Florence, Italy. Fly Events Srl will be the proprietor of such data and responsible for its processing, in compliance with Italian Legislative Decree 196 of 2003; therefore, the services of www.fly-events.com shall be provided exclusively to those who require them explicitly and authorize Fly Events Srl to carry out the processing of their personal data. The names and addresses used to send reply messages are processed by means of computerized tools (even though no specific operations are performed) and they shall not be disclosed to third parties nor shall they be used for purposes other than issuing the requested reply. Each registered user can contact Fly Events Srl at any time in order to verify and integrate such personal data, to update and rectify it and/or to exercise any other right mentioned in the directive concerning the protection of personal data (article 7 of the Code regarding the protection of personal data, Legislative Decree n. 196 issued on June 30th 2003). Specific security measures are observed in order to prevent the loss and the illicit or incorrect use of such data or any unauthorized access to it. We inform the users that, in spite of these measures, any messages sent through the Internet such as e-mails and newsletters could pass through several countries before being delivered to their recipients. Fly Events Srl cannot be held responsible for any unauthorized access nor for the loss of personal data as a result of occurrences outside of its control. Personal data can be divided into two categories: compulsory and optional, as seen in some registration procedures. The supply of compulsory data and its processing for the purposes mentioned above is strictly functional to the performance of the required services. Should the user refuse to provide the necessary data or to give consent to its processing, he/she shall not be able to make use of the services provided by www.fly-events.com as a consequence. Any other pieces of data collected shall be used to help www.fly-events.com provide constantly improving services. As far as optional pieces of data are concerned, the user is free to supply them or not. The individuals to whom the personal data refers have the right to receive at any moment the confirmation of the existence or inexistence of the abovementioned data, to be informed of the content and source of such information, to verify its accuracy or to require integrations, updates or corrections, as prescribed in article 7 Legislative Decree n. 196/2003.
